A growing tech company in Barcelona is seeking a Video Content creator for a 6-month contract with the potential to become a full-time role. You will be responsible for producing engaging video content for platforms like YouTube and LinkedIn, presenting clearly on camera, and collaborating with content teams. Ideal candidates are native English speakers with a knack for storytelling and a strong understanding of tech products. Creative, proactive individuals eager to learn new tools are encouraged to apply.

Formación

• Native English speaker or equivalent.

We're Happy Scribe, a proudly bootstrapped company from Barcelona, building transcription, subtitling, and audiovisual tools that help professionals unlock the full value of their content.

About the role…

This is a 6 months contract based in Barcelona with the option to convert into a full time role.

As our Video Content, you'll grow our YouTube presence and other video channels. You’ll be the face of our “how-to” and product-focused videos — explaining tools, tips, and workflows that help our users succeed.

This isn’t a behind-the-scenes role. You’ll own the camera, craft stories, and create content that converts — especially BOFU (bottom-of-funnel) videos that educate, convince, and build trust with prospects.

What you will do…

• Create quality video content for YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms (TikTok, Shorts, etc.).
• Produce how-to tutorials, feature walkthroughs, customer stories, and comparison videos.
• Be on-camera talent: present clearly, confidently, and authentically.
• Research and script content ideas aligned with marketing and product goals.
• Edit videos (using tools like Final Cut, Premiere, or CapCut) for clarity, engagement, and pacing.
• Publish and optimize content across channels using tools like TubeBuddy, Notion, or Hootsuite.
• Collaborate with the content and SEO teams to target the right keywords and topics.
• Track performance metrics (views, watch time, conversions) and iterate fast.
• Manage Social Media

You’re a Great Fit If You…

• You are native english speaker or similar
• Are comfortable in front of the camera and enjoy explaining complex ideas simply.
• Have a great understanding of SaaS, software, or tech products.
• Know your way around YouTube and care about analytics and thumbnails as much as storytelling.
• Are creative, proactive, and love learning new tools.

Bonus Points If...

• Experience with motion graphics, or AI video tools
