We are on the lookout for a Brand Partnerships Manager to join our dynamic team and help us continue expanding our portfolio of clients while maintaining the high standards of creativity and performance that ContentJet is known for.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation & Outreach : Identify, target, and engage potential clients in mobile apps, gaming, e-commerce, fintech, and hospitality.
  • Relationship Building : Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs and how our UGC solutions can drive results.
  • Sales & Strategy : Develop and execute strategies for acquiring new clients, from initial outreach to closing deals, while tailoring pitches and solutions to client needs.
  • Client Onboarding and Management : Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring smooth transitions and clear communication about expectations and deliverables.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with the Creative and Production teams to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication between the client and internal teams.
  • Market Intelligence : Stay up-to-date on trends in UGC, performance marketing, and digital media, providing insights that can help enhance client strategies.
Requirements:
  • Experience : 2+ years in sales, business development, or account management, ideally within digital marketing, UGC, or creative services.
  • Proven Track Record : Strong experience in new business development, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
  • Excellent Communication Skills : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposals and deliver persuasive pitches.
  • Customer-Centric : A strong focus on building and nurturing long-term client relationships.
  • Self-Starter : Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Tech-Savvy : Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com, Asana).
  • Passion for UGC : A genuine passion for content creation, social media platforms, and the role of UGC in marketing.
