We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our international eCommerce support team in Benalmádena, Spain.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them via phone, chat, and other digital channels. You will help resolve inquiries efficiently, provide accurate information, and ensure a smooth customer experience with empathy and professionalism.

Support eCommerce customers through phone, chat, and other digital channels (including email and social media in the future).
Identify customer needs, provide accurate information, and deliver timely solutions and alternatives.
Handle complaints with patience and professionalism, always ensuring customer satisfaction.
Follow company guidelines, scripts, and best practices provided during training.
Escalate complex or unresolved cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and share feedback for continuous improvement.
Accurately document all customer interactions and actions in the CRM system.
Languages: Fluent Dutch (spoken and written) and English at a B2 level or higher.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written abilities to communicate clearly and simplify technical information.
