We are currently looking for a Tech-driven person to lead the growth of our Technology&Digital division in Madrid. The ideal candidate will bring technical and / or commercial knowledge of the sector, a natural drive to support people and organizations in growing together, and a strong passion for consultancy within this expanding industry.
As Team Leader , you will be responsible for building a strong portfolio of clients, driving the success of recruitment projects, and leading a team of consultants toward their goals.
- Developing and managing a comprehensive portfolio of clients within the Tech&Digital ecosystem
- Addressing client needs through effective communication and the application of top-quality processes
- Recruiting, developing, and mentoring a team of consultants, ensuring delivery of high-level recruitment services
- Fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture within the team
- Experience : Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a related industry; prior experience in recruitment consultancy is a strong plus
- Languages : Fluency in Spanish and English required; knowledge of a third European language is an asset.
