We are currently seeking a talented SAP SuccessFactors (SF) Time Tracking Consultant to join our remote team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in assisting organizations with the implementation and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking functionalities. You will work closely with clients to gather requirements, configure the system, and ensure a seamless integration with existing HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their time tracking needs and objectives.
  • Configure SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users to ensure effective system utilization.
  • Assist in system testing, validation, and implementation of time tracking functionalities.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for time tracking-related issues.
  • Stay updated on the latest SAP SuccessFactors features and best practices to provide informed recommendations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors, specifically in Time Tracking / Time Management modules.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes and time tracking functionalities within SAP SF.
  • Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to provide solutions to client challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with team members.
  • Relevant SAP certifications, particularly in SuccessFactors, are a plus.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors trends and updates.
