Formación

Why you should join

You’ll lead the Product Marketing organization and own how we position and launch our products globally. By sitting at the center of Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience, you will align all teams around how we bring value to market. You will work across all product life stages—from new products that need to reach their first €1M ARR fast to mature ones used by 10,000+ companies. Factorial has 18 products across HR, Talent, Payroll, Finance, and AI, with more on the way. You’ll build and scale how we tell their stories, ensuring each one earns its place in the market.

Team

You’ll lead the Product Marketing team—an dynamic group of people with diverse backgrounds and one shared goal: making our products succeed in market. There are 4 Product Marketing Managers in the team—Dani, Marialuisa, Laura, and Guillem—and we’re hiring two more (Finance and Talent). You’ll also collaborate daily with Sales, Pre‑sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Experience, and Operations to ensure all teams are aligned around how we position, sell, and grow our products.

Mission

Make every Factorial product understood, adopted, and monetized across all markets—ensuring each one generates a strong pipeline and reaches its ARR goals.

Responsibilities
  • Define and execute GTM strategies for all products and launches, from concept to measurable business impact.
  • Craft clear positioning for each product vertical, aligning value propositions with commercial objectives.
  • Ensure Sales is ready to sell every product—leading enablement programs, training sessions, and building tools that increase win rates and cross‑sell efficiency.
  • Maintain exceptional quality across all product‑related outputs—campaigns, videos, communications, and landing pages—ensuring clarity, accuracy, and brand excellence.
  • Manage complex projects end to end, acting as the connector between Product, Sales, Marketing, and CX to align priorities, timelines, and outcomes.
  • Lead and mentor the Product Marketing team, building the right structure and ways of working to operate effectively across multiple products and markets—while fostering a strong business mindset focused on pipeline generation, revenue impact, and measurable results.
  • Work hand in hand with Product leaders to plan and anticipate GTMs early—aligning stakeholders across functions and ensuring every launch is timed, positioned, and executed for maximum market impact.
  • Partner with leadership to shape and evolve Factorial’s multi‑product and AI narrative, ensuring our story in market drives tangible ARR growth.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Product Marketing or a similar GTM leadership role in B2B SaaS (minimum 5 years).
  • Strategic leader who can build and scale teams, not just manage them.
  • Expert in positioning and go‑to‑market strategy across multiple products, segments, and markets.
  • Strong business acumen—connecting messaging to pipeline generation, ARR, and commercial impact.
  • Exceptional communicator—clear, structured, and persuasive with both execs and teams.
  • High attention to detail and design sensibility—deeply care about product polish, brand consistency, and visual storytelling quality.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of driving alignment and execution across Product, Sales, Marketing, and CX.
  • Thrives in fast‑changing environments, able to turn complexity into clarity and action.
  • Fluent in English.

  • Experience in multi‑product and/or multi‑market SaaS.
  • Fluency in additional European languages (Spanish, Italian, German, Portuguese, French).
  • Pricing & Packaging experience.
