You’ll lead the Product Marketing organization and own how we position and launch our products globally. By sitting at the center of Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience, you will align all teams around how we bring value to market. You will work across all product life stages—from new products that need to reach their first €1M ARR fast to mature ones used by 10,000+ companies. Factorial has 18 products across HR, Talent, Payroll, Finance, and AI, with more on the way. You’ll build and scale how we tell their stories, ensuring each one earns its place in the market.
You’ll lead the Product Marketing team—an dynamic group of people with diverse backgrounds and one shared goal: making our products succeed in market. There are 4 Product Marketing Managers in the team—Dani, Marialuisa, Laura, and Guillem—and we’re hiring two more (Finance and Talent). You’ll also collaborate daily with Sales, Pre‑sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Experience, and Operations to ensure all teams are aligned around how we position, sell, and grow our products.
