This role includes optimizing HR processes, managing performance strategies, and overseeing recruitment. The ideal candidate has experience in international contexts and a strong HR background. Compensation ranges from €30k–€35k, plus a performance-based bonus and private health insurance.

We are now looking for an
HR Director
to take on a strategic leadership role, define the foundations of our People function, and support Ibancar’s growth in Spain and LATAM.
We’re seeking an
experienced HR Director
with a generalist background, ideally coming from productive or operational environments and with proven experience in international contexts and in building HR departments from the ground up.
Build, implement, and optimize HR processes and policies.
Lead performance management and compensation strategy.
Define and manage HR KPIs, reporting, and HR dashboards.
Budget planning for HR, variance analysis, forecasting, and Headcount planning.
Manage variable compensation linked to performance and verify attainment of objectives.
Design and implement HR strategies to support company growth.
Oversee recruitment processes and manage external partners.
Lead and develop the HR team.
Oversee recruitment, training, development, and employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure regulatory compliance in all HR areas.
Drive continuous improvement in talent management.
Partner with operational teams for effective resource planning.
Track people management metrics and report to leadership.
Experience building an HR department from scratch.
Strong generalist background (HRBP / HR Manager profile).
English level C1 (test will be required).
Monday to Friday schedule.
Base salary: 30k–35k, plus performance-based bonus.
