Job Description
Location: Madrid, Spain - Relocation is Mandatory
Set up : Hybrid (1 day / week)
Responsibilities
- Definition and maintenance of the project plan in collaboration with internal teams and external providers.
- Risk identification and implementation of corrective action plans, ensuring that deliverables defined during the Global Design Phase are delivered on time.
- Ensuring communication between business lines, IT, and service-provider teams.
- Support to the Head of Program through preparation and facilitation of information for steering-committee and project meetings, and provision of the required reporting to Group-Program instances.
- Management of project documentation (plans, reports, minutes, etc.) with version control and central storage.
- Application of project-management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) appropriate to the scope and complexity of the initiative.
- Management and follow-up of compliance activities, supporting the central Group team in validating the solution with local regulators before implementation and liaising with local compliance experts to ensure that implementation criteria are well‑assessed, documented, and approved.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of IT project management, client‑facing, risk & issue management
- Governance (JIRA, demand‑management)
- Agile / Waterfall methodology
- Strong technical background and experience on technical migration projects and integration among different information systems.
Languages (mandatory)
- Fluent English
- Fluent Spanish
