Account & Sales Manager – Madrid (Hybrid)
Our EMEA client team in Spain is expanding, and we are looking for a confident, commercially driven Account & Sales Manager to lead growth, strengthen strategic client relationships, and drive new revenue opportunities across a portfolio of high-profile investment clients.
This is a highly proactive role focused on cross‑selling, upselling, account development, and commercial strategy, working closely with senior stakeholders across Spain and EMEA. The Madrid team is expected to double in size in 2026, making this a pivotal moment for someone who wants to make a measurable impact.

Build internal networks and drive alignment on account and sales plans.
Identify, qualify, and progress strategic client opportunities.
Lead recurring sales and account calls; own pipeline management.
Ensure action plans are executed and commercial targets achieved.
Report regularly on KPIs, risks, opportunities, and account performance.
Work with Data & Analytics teams to maintain complete and accurate sales data.
Coordinate expertise across countries and service lines to deliver integrated client solutions.
Maintain governance of decision rights and information flow across Spain and EMEA.
Capture client feedback and implement improvements to elevate experience.
Represent the team across PR, marketing, and industry events.
