Account & Sales Manager – Madrid (Hybrid)

Overview

Our EMEA client team in Spain is expanding, and we are looking for a confident, commercially driven Account & Sales Manager to lead growth, strengthen strategic client relationships, and drive new revenue opportunities across a portfolio of high-profile investment clients.

This is a highly proactive role focused on cross‑selling, upselling, account development, and commercial strategy, working closely with senior stakeholders across Spain and EMEA. The Madrid team is expected to double in size in 2026, making this a pivotal moment for someone who wants to make a measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities
Client Strategy & Growth
  • Develop and execute account strategies and sales plans to increase revenue and margin with priority clients.
  • Identify opportunities for cross‑selling and upselling across C&W service lines.
  • Support the team in achieving 2026 revenue growth targets (+10% YoY).
Account Management & Relationship Building
  • Act as a primary point of contact for major investment clients, ensuring seamless service delivery and satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships across service lines, sectors, and countries to deliver integrated client solutions.
  • Deeply understand client business priorities, market pressures, and decision‑making to anticipate future needs (3–5 year outlook).
Sales Pipeline & Opportunity Management
  • Own and manage the sales pipeline (existing revenue + new business).
  • Lead structured sales and account calls with clear forward‑looking agendas.
  • Prepare high‑quality client proposals, presentations, and RFP responses with Bid and Delivery teams.
Performance, Reporting & Governance
  • Maintain accurate CRM and sales KPI reporting, ensuring transparency across the business.
  • Track client KPIs including relationship health, pipeline status, risks, and commercial performance.
  • Ensure account plans are complete, current, and visible across EMEA teams.
Marketing, Brand & Engagement
  • Represent the C&W brand externally through events, networking, and client meetings.
  • Support the creation of client‑facing materials and thought leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement through structured client feedback programmes, including AI‑enabled surveys.
Principal Responsibilities (7–10 Core Expectations)

Build internal networks and drive alignment on account and sales plans.

Identify, qualify, and progress strategic client opportunities.

Lead recurring sales and account calls; own pipeline management.

Ensure action plans are executed and commercial targets achieved.

Report regularly on KPIs, risks, opportunities, and account performance.

Work with Data & Analytics teams to maintain complete and accurate sales data.

Coordinate expertise across countries and service lines to deliver integrated client solutions.

Maintain governance of decision rights and information flow across Spain and EMEA.

Capture client feedback and implement improvements to elevate experience.

Represent the team across PR, marketing, and industry events.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years in account management, sales, client success or business development — ideally within real estate, consulting, or professional services.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to grow accounts and drive revenue.
  • Experienced managing senior stakeholders and complex client structures.
  • Highly proactive, strategic thinker with excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent Spanish and English required.
