In connection with subsequent business expansion, Intellias is strengthening the capabilities in delivery leadership. As such, we are looking for a seasoned executive to join us for a position of VP Delivery in Digital business (Head of Delivery Segment). VP Delivery strategically drives 700+ people operations with a clear focus on increasing the scale of business. The primary focus of this role is shaping the delivery strategy for one's areas of responsibility and directly contribute into company strategy as a whole. The role's objectives are connected with company top-level goals and Delivery Segment business growth.
Apart of working closely with Intellias LT on shaping delivery strategy, a set of responsibilities includes supervising a large engineering organization, performance management, financial management, contribution to sales, presales as well as account growth. The role will report to C-level (Chief Delivery Officer).
