A leading satellite technology company is seeking a Satellite Harness Engineer in Valencia, Spain. This role involves defining and designing comprehensive harness solutions for satellites, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring that the designs meet operational integrity and performance standards. Candidates should have a degree in engineering and experience in aerospace harness design. Join us to be at the forefront of innovation in Earth Observation technology!
We’re looking for a Satellite Harness Engineer who’s excited to build spacecraft from the inside out. In this role, you’ll own the definition, design, and routing of the full satellite harness. You’ll work closely with systems, structures, avionics, thermal, propulsion, and AIT teams to create smart, lightweight, and reliable harness solutions that make the whole vehicle come together.
If you enjoy solving complex cross-discipline puzzles, owning your designs end-to-end, and shipping hardware that actually flies — this role is for you.
You’re detail-obsessed, collaborative, and you love making order out of cross-disciplinary chaos. You’re happiest when you can take ownership from concept all the way to hardware in hand. You communicate clearly, ask the right questions, and you’re excited to help build satellites faster, smarter, and better.
