Formación

That's why we're looking to recruit an outstanding Project Manager to join the Customer Success Team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing CS department projects: identifying objectives, completing work plans, and monitoring them.

Your Key Responsibilities

Responsible for Customer Success projects, adding value to every interaction, from onboarding to renewals, retentions, cross-sell, etc.

Identify growth opportunities and optimize existing and potential channels.

Develop customized strategies adapted to each client and context, responding to the client's business objectives.

Work with the product team to adapt the product to the customer's needs.

Ensure the projects are implemented within contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.

Prioritizing and managing team tasks to ensure client commitments are met.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders and focus on their satisfaction to manage the customer relationship.

Analyze customer adoption and usage of the product and offer strategic advice on maximizing and increasing results by utilizing the solution effectively.

Establish and monitor business KPIs using the appropriate tools for proper measurement.

Achieving established goals through continuous optimization of results.

Develop dashboards for analyzing and interpreting results.

Required Skills and Experience

Experience working as a Project Manager for at least 5 years in software development and / or solution deployment projects.

Previous experience in customer experience / success or equivalent.

Professional level in French, English and Spanish.

Able to meet deadlines and tasks effectively.
