About the Role : We are seeking a Corporate Governance Paralegal to join our global legal team. This role focuses on supporting global corporate governance initiatives with an initial focus on the EMEA region, overseeing post-M&A administrative integration processes, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for corporate legal entity maintenance. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in corporate housekeeping, corporate law, M&A transactions, and related legal areas.
