Vector Renewables is looking for a junior accounting and reporting specialist who will be responsible for the preparation and management of the administrative, financial and accountancy of the companies under management.

• Act as the main point of reference for specific clients under management, ensuring a high quality of service and meeting all requests from clients on a timely basis;
• Prepare VAT returns on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Prepare other applicable taxes (exempt of CIT)
• Issued and received invoices registration.
• Preparation and submission of the applicable taxes.
• Banks movements registration (payments, receivables, tax liquidations, loans repayments…)
• Preparation and submission of financial reporting to the client including main KPIs.
• Controlling of the deadlines of loans repayments.
• Banks reconciliations.
• Accruing of the projects’ incomes.
• Accruing of the main expenses: Insurance, land lease, depreciation, O&M….
• Documentation management (physical and digital archive).
• Preparation and deposit of Annual Accounts and official books

Key Requirements:

• Accounting, financial and tax knowledge of small and medium companies
• 2-3 years-experience
• D365 knowledge is a plus
• Qualified with experience in accounting for renewable assets is a plus
• Good communication skills
• Be able to meet deadlines under pressure scenarios
• Strong aptitude for math, attention to detail
• Ability to organize their work independently and as part of a team
• English Fluent
• Italian is a plus

Studies

• Economics Degree or Business Administration
