We are looking for skilled Delphi Developer to join our team and contribute to the support and development of our ERP products under the Wilksoft brand. This is a full-time, remote role ideal for candidates with a solid background in Delphi development and database programming.

Client is a comprehensive ERP solution designed for businesses operating in Poland, with a strong focus on wholesale and retail. A key differentiator is client’s platform — a fully integrated e-commerce system that works seamlessly. Hosted in our private data center in Katowice, this platform offers an unmatched level of ERP-data integration and high performance in online environments.

• Support and maintain existing source code of Wilksoft ERP products.
• Develop and implement new features using Delphi 2010 and Delphi 10.2.
• Work with SQL databases, stored procedures, and Firebird 4.
• Utilize IBX (InterBase Express) for database interactions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in ERP application modules.

• 2–3 years of experience with Delphi 2010 and Delphi 10.2.
• Proficiency in SQL, Stored Procedures, and Firebird 4.
• Experience using IBX for database access.
• Solid understanding of ERP systems and their business logic.
• English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher.

• Based in Poland or nearby regions.
• Previous experience with e-commerce integration is a plus.
