A health technology startup is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to drive the sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying prospective clients. This role involves collaborating with other team members and conducting market research. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, experience within the health or technology sectors, and strong communication skills in both Spanish and English. The position offers a full-remote work setup and flexible compensation.

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. As an SDR, you will play a critical role in driving our sales pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing prospective clients. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about healthcare technology and looking to kick start their career in sales. You will be targeting insurance companies, private hospitals, public hospitals, and telemedicine providers.
Full-remote position. We are a team of committed professionals, so you choose where you work from and also means that all processes need to be thought of as if we had no office and everyone is working remotely. No one will feel like an outsider, since all conversation will need to happen on Slack or hangouts.
Working in a fast growing Start-up environment within an international context. You'll join at a key moment to make a huge impact on how we scale with hospitals, public health systems or pharmaceutical companies.
Flexible compensation: daycare and restaurant.
Flexible vacation policy: 23 working days per year + 2 additional days granted by the company (your anniversary and December 7th) + 2 days for company closure per labor agreement (December 24th and 31st).

High Spanish and English proficiency (writing and speaking).
