This position is responsible for supporting financial forecasting, planning and analysis activities across multiple business segments. This role supports strategic decision-making by delivering accurate financial insights and identifying risks and opportunities. Scope of work includes analysing financial data, conducting budgeting and forecasting activities and providing actionable insights to drive the companys growth and profitability.

• Consolidate monthly and quarterly forecasts including sales flash, detailed variance analysis and period-over-period walks.
• Support the development of annual budgets and long-range plans.
• Partner with operations to gather inputs, validate assumptions and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Monitor submission of actuals, forecasts and budgets ensuring completeness and intercompany elimination.
• Identify and implement process enhancements to improve forecast accuracy, reporting efficiency and data transparency.
• Maintain and update financial models, templates and reporting tools used in forecast cycles and business reviews.

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 7 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills; OneStream experience preferred
• Excellent analytical, communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
