Job summary
A leading software company is seeking a Customer Renewals and Revenue Manager to maximize gross revenue retention and manage contract renewals. The role involves strategic forecasting, upselling, and enhancing customer communication experiences. Candidates should have 2-5 years of experience in renewals or inside sales, proficient in CRM systems and negotiation. This position is remote within Spain with occasional travel to Barcelona.
