Job Title

Mixed-Methods Researcher (German – Mandatory)

Location

Banking Sector (Quant-Driven | 100% Remote)

We are hiring at General Software for a Mixed-Methods User Researcher with a strong quantitative orientation to join an exciting long‑term project with a leading company in the banking sector.

Your mission

You will design, execute, and analyze end‑to‑end user research studies, combining qualitative and quantitative approaches—with a strong focus on surveys, metrics, and data‑driven insights—to enhance and optimize the digital user experience.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and conduct mixed‑methods research (surveys, usability testing, interviews, analytics‑based studies).
  • Create and manage quantitative research instruments (questionnaires, sampling plans, metrics frameworks).
  • Analyze datasets and translate findings into actionable business and UX recommendations.
  • Complement quantitative insights with qualitative evidence.
  • Collaborate with UX, Product, Business, and Data teams.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in quantitative research: survey design, statistics, behavioral metrics, dashboards, etc.
  • Experience integrating qualitative insights into mixed methods.
  • Strong command of Excel and familiarity with analysis tools (SPSS, R, Python, etc. is a plus).
  • Fluency in German (C1–C2) mandatory.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Spanish is a plus.
