Remote Salesforce Business Analyst — EU/Europe
Job summary
An international organization is urgently seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst for a remote position within Europe. Ideal candidates should have over 5 years of Salesforce experience, proficiency in SFDX, and certifications are highly regarded. Responsibilities include developing business requirements, creating reports, and supporting user training. This position requires residing in Europe for occasional on-site meetings.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience working in Salesforce platform (Sales/Service Cloud and Not for Profit Cloud).
- Salesforce Certification (Salesforce Certified Development Lifecycle and Deployment Designer and platform developer II) are highly regarded.
Responsibilities
- Gather, understand, and define business requirements.
- Develop user stories and process flows.
- Collaborate with developers to deliver complex requirements.
- Create reports and dashboards.
