The Role:
I'm searching for a skilled Software Engineering Manager with a passion for Solutions Architecture to lead the technical delivery of high-impact, innovative products for my client. This is a fantastic opportunity to combine hands-on coding, solution design and people leadership while shaping their engineering culture and contributing to strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical delivery of modern digital ecosystems for sports clients, including fan engagement platforms, performance analytics and SaaS tools.
• Architect scalable, high-performance solutions using clean architecture principles and DevOps best practices.
• Provide hands-on coding and technical expertise in .NET/C#, JavaScript (React/Angular), Azure, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices.
• Mentor and guide a talented team of engineers through code reviews, process improvements, and professional development.
• Collaborate with product teams to design and deliver innovative, user-focused solutions.
• Enhance developer experience by championing best practices, streamlined workflows, and robust engineering processes.
• Contribute to strategic leadership, with opportunities to shape engineering culture and grow into a broader role.

What I'm Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Software Engineering Manager or Senior Engineer with a focus on solutions architecture.
• Strong technical skills in .NET/C#, JavaScript (React/Angular), Azure, CI/CD and microservices architecture.
• Experience designing and delivering scalable digital solutions, ideally in sports, entertainment, or similar industries.
• Bilingual French/English is a significant advantage, as some clients are based in France and across Europe.
