We are seeking an exceptional Senior Manager, Machine Learning Engineering to join the Private Label Solutions (PLS) applied machine learning team. This role will lead a team focused on delivering scalable ML infrastructure, deploying models, ML Ops, managing end-to-end ML pipelines, and production ETLs for reporting, test readout, model training, and operations. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical leadership with deep engineering expertise to drive substantial value for PLS and our partners across multiple domains.

In this role, you will:

• Lead a team of ML Engineers, promoting innovation, learning, and operational excellence.

• Oversee design and implementation of scalable ML infrastructure for both batch and real-time model training, deployment, and serving.

• Develop and maintain efficient data pipelines for large-scale processing and feature engineering.

• Optimize compute resources and enhance model serving performance across ML systems.

• Establish robust monitoring, logging, alerting, and enforce ML Ops best practices including CI/CD and on-call management.

• Collaborate with ML scientists and cross-functional teams to streamline model development to production.

Experience and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

• 7+ years in ML engineering or related roles, including 3+ years in leadership.

• Strong problem-solving skills with experience optimizing complex systems.

• Deep understanding of ML algorithms, model architectures, and practical applications.

• Proven success in leading ML projects and building scalable, reliable ML systems.

• Skilled in Python, ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), model serving (e.g., KFServing), cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools.
