This full-time role involves reviewing footage, collaborating closely with the director, and providing creative input. The ideal candidate has professional video editing experience, is proficient in both English and Spanish, and can work in a fast-paced environment. Accommodation, food, and transport are provided until mid-December.

This on-set, contract role requires you to work closely with the director and production crew, reviewing and organizing daily footage in both English and Spanish. Your creative input will be essential in shaping the pacing, story structure, and continuity of the series as it unfolds. You will be responsible for preparing rough edits to guide the production process, ensuring that all necessary shots are captured and that the narrative remains cohesive. The position is full‑time and based in Ibiza from now until mid‑December, with accommodation, food, and transport provided.
- Review and organize daily footage in both English and Spanish
- Collaborate with the director and production team to evaluate daily shots
- Provide creative input on pacing, story structure, and continuity
- Prepare rough edits to guide ongoing production
- Ensure all required content is captured and organized for post‑production
- Maintain clear communication with the team in a fast‑paced, on‑set environment
- Professional experience in video editing, ideally for documentary or reality content
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse production team
- Creative problem‑solving skills and adaptability in a fast‑paced setting
- Experience with industry‑standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
- Availability to work on location in Ibiza, Spain, through mid‑December
- Flexibility to work extended hours as needed
