At Just Right Reader, we work alongside schools and districts across the country to improve early literacy through decodable texts grounded in the Science of Reading. We create decodable books that are engaging and effective. Most importantly, kids actually enjoy reading them.
We’re hiring a Partnerships Lead in Maryland who understands how schools operate and how literacy decisions get made. If you\'ve sat in those meetings, led those initiatives, or coached teachers through those shifts, you\'re who we\'re looking for. This is an opportunity to support other leaders in advancing reading outcomes at scale.
As a Partnerships Director, you’ll work directly with district and school leaders to understand their needs and bring them solutions that help students learn to read. You will also play a major role in growing our presence across your region by developing relationships, attending regional events, and building long-term partnerships.
