Requisitos :
- Solid written and verbal communication skills, both in English and Spanish
- Knowledge and experience in cloud site reliability engineering, managing the operation of critical business workloads
- Strong experience in system administration, with a focus on issue resolution, reliability, availability, and scalability
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Dynatrace, CloudWatch, OpenSearch) to ensure effective observability
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems in a high-pressure environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Knowledge of IT incident management : ability to investigate, troubleshoot, recover and prevent the recurrence of incidents that interfere with the normal delivery of IT services
- Skills and experience in Change Control / Incident management of leading the recovery of infrastructure outages
- Driving the timely and proactive investigation and resolution of incidents to minimise downtime, downward trends or performance degradation
- Communicating accurately and effectively with key stakeholders (including senior stakeholders), reporting on incidents, root cause analysis and metrics about the effectiveness of the operational controls
- Effective presentation skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, clear language appropriate to the audience. Knowledge in Office 365 suite.
