A leading sports App company is looking for a Customer Care Specialist to ensure optimal customer experience. Responsibilities include managing inquiries, reporting feedback, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates are native Dutch speakers, fluent in English, with strong problem-solving skills. This position offers a permanent contract, remote work flexibility, and various social benefits including a competitive salary of €22K gross annually.
