A leading sports App company is looking for a Customer Care Specialist to ensure optimal customer experience. Responsibilities include managing inquiries, reporting feedback, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates are native Dutch speakers, fluent in English, with strong problem-solving skills. Your mission

As a Customer Care Specialist, you will assist our customers with their questions and problems to let them have the best experience using our products.

What you’ll be doing
  • Help customers to perceive the highest satisfaction and comfort. Contacts will mainly come from sports clubs using the Playtomic booking system and from players who make reservations through Playtomic app or website
  • Manage the incoming chats and tickets offering empathy and technical knowledge.
  • Report in the most accurate way bugs and feedback coming from our users. We want to provide the best experience for our customers, you will be part of this process
  • Be responsible for Customer’s happiness. A happy customer is a loyal customer!

Its a remote job, so you can work from home, everywhere in Spain.
