As an Engagement Manager at CoreX, you’ll lead the delivery of ServiceNow initiatives from kickoff to closeout — ensuring customers achieve the outcomes that matter most to them.
Collaborating with Sales to shape Statements of Work (SOWs).
Spotting up‑sell or cross‑sell opportunities and channelling them appropriately.
Maintaining project data and reporting in our professional services tools.
