AtDocplanner Techwe are a diverse group of almost 400 people working in Engineering, Data, and Product teams. We are responsible for building the product for all locations. Many of us have been here for over 5 years, yet we still welcome each new person with great joy and excitement.

About the team

• Our team consists of backend engineers, frontend engineers, and product specialists.
• We work on the back office projects that support the company's daily activities.
• We are responsible for managing sales processes, handling various sales channels, configuring products, issuing invoices, processing payments, and managing vindications. We also handle integration with external marketing and sales systems, which allows us to optimize campaigns and enhance sales effectiveness.
• In addition to these tasks, we are focused on addressing our technical debt and refactoring legacy code to improve system performance and maintainability.

How would you be impacting our mission?

• Your day-to-day work will be focused on creating new and maintaining existing PHP applications.
• You will participate in decisions regarding architecture design and our technical stack.
• We expect you to bring in some innovative ideas to the team, share your knowledge, and support us in solving complex challenges.

What experience and skills do you need to do a great job in this position?

• You have5+ years of experienceas a PHP developer
• You have a solid understanding ofObject Oriented Programming principles(SOLID, GRASP, YAGNI, DRY, etc) andgood knowledge of PHP(7.4/8.2) andSymfony(3.3/6.4).
• You work with tools such asGIT, ELK Stack, DataDog, RabbitMQ, Symfony Messenger, MariaDB, GitHub Actions, Docker, and Redis.
• You have experience with distributed architecture,asynchronous processes (It's A MUST), and APIs
• You have experience in optimizing the quality, complexity, and efficiency of the code and the database
• You have experience in application monitoring, including analyzing logs and resolving issues
• You take full ownership of projects:leading implementation, coordinating work with other developers, and managing communication with external teams when necessary
• You are used to working in an Agile, high-autonomy environment
• You can communicate inEnglish– both spoken and written -min. B2 level
• You are open to receiving and giving valuable feedback
• You continuously seek innovations and improvements while understanding the business perspective
  

Nice to have

• You have experience in developing solutions related to CRM applications (you worked with invoices, payments, etc)
• You work with tools such as Kubernetes and AWS Services
