Descripción de empleo: We are looking for a Project Developer in Spain to join our Development Department at DARGON ENERGY. The ideal candidate is passionate about renewable energy and motivated to learn.

Position Summary:

The role focuses on developing Wind, PV, and BESS projects in Spain, from early stages through investment decisions and handover to the construction & operations team, following DARGON ENERGY standards and project management guidelines.

Functions & Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Head of Business and Development Department, the candidate will support internal approvals, procurement processes, and co-development of PV, Wind, Storage, and Hydrogen projects from greenfield to RTB and COD status. Responsibilities include managing permitting processes, preparing/reviewing EIA and permit documentation, liaising with authorities, representing DARGON ENERGY's interests, and building relationships with landowners and local communities.

Manage activities related to project site selection, environmental constraints analysis, wind potential assessment, layout optimization, and permitting supervision. Collaborate with internal departments for asset equalization at COD.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in engineering or renewable energy; experience in permitting, renewable asset development (Wind and PV), and utility-scale projects in Spain. Knowledge of land acquisition, environmental permitting, administrative procedures, grid interconnection, RTB, and COD processes. Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, cultural awareness, and willingness to travel. Fluency in Spanish and English.
