This is a remote role based out of Spain

As a Solutions Engineer, you'll get to flex your technical chops and storytelling skills by helping customers uncover the full potential of Cribl in real-world environments. • Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process
• Demo the product and answer customer questions during initial sales calls
• Support customers during proof of concept sessions
• Document interesting use cases in blog posts and product documentation
• We are a remote-first company and work happens across many time-zones – you may be required to occasionally perform duties outside your standard working hours

If You’ve Got it - We Want It

• Experience with Logs, Metrics, IT Operations and Security
• Background in Sales Engineering, Professional Services, or Support
• Play with the product, be prepared to give us feedback
• Experience working with multiple operating systems (proficiency with Linux a must)
• Willingness to travel as needed (up to 30%)
• You live in Spain
• Fluent speaking and written skills in English and Spanish
• This position may require stand-by, on-call, or off-hours duties
• Experience working remotely
