Job summary
A leading language solutions provider is seeking an Interpreter or Cultural Mediator for remote work from October 1 to October 4. The role requires advanced language proficiency in Amharic and Tigrinya along with English. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in translation or interpreting and be currently working as freelance professionals. An updated Non-Criminal Record is also required.
Qualifications
- Advanced level in Amharic and Tigrinya.
- Intermediate or Advanced level in English.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in the field of translation, interpreting, or cultural mediation.
Responsibilities
- Remote liaison interpreting with Amharic, Tigrinya and English.
Interpreter or Cultural Mediator - Amharic<>Tigrinya with English - Remote (October 1 to October 4). Subject matter: asylum and immigration processes.
- Remote liaison interpreting with Amharic, Tigrinya and English.
- Advanced level in Amharic and Tigrinya.
- Intermediate or Advanced level in English.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in the field of translation, interpreting, or cultural mediation, clearly reflected in the CV.
- Updated Non-Criminal Record (no older than 3 months).
- Candidates must currently be working as freelance professionals.
