Role overview
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Marketing to lead the next phase of Otamiser’s growth. This role requires deep industry understanding, strong digital marketing acumen, and a proven ability to build and execute a high-impact marketing strategy from the ground up. You\'ll drive lead generation, brand development, and CRM through SEO, content generation, webinars, and paid advertising through key channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Align all marketing efforts with business goals, target segments, and brand positioning for both AutoRank (STR) and Otamiser (hotel) markets.
- Develop and execute the global marketing strategy to drive awareness, acquisition, and revenue growth across all product/service lines.
- Oversee and optimize the marketing budget.
- Set and achieve key KPIs such as lead generation, conversion rates, CAC, LTV, and payback metrics.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align marketing initiatives with growth targets.
- Build and manage a high-impact marketing organization fostering innovation and collaboration.
- Continuously improve the performance and productivity of the marketing team.
- Develop marketing processes from lead generation to sales qualified leads. Work with sales and CSM to ensure consistent CRM messaging across AutoRank (STRs) and Otamiser (hotels).
- SEO & Web Leadership
- Build and execute an SEO strategy to grow organic traffic and dominate relevant search results.
- Establish thought leadership in the market categories of Listing Optimization and Revenue Management with consistent communications and industry positioning.
- Manage the company website (Webflow preferred) with regular content updates, performance tracking, and CRO best practices.
- Own web analytics and reporting, using data to drive continuous optimization.
- Manage the external website developer to improve website performance and changes.
- Content & Campaign Management
- Oversee a content calendar covering blog articles, product marketing assets, social media, email campaigns, and video.
- Ensure messaging consistency across all touchpoints, with a deep focus on STR awareness of AutoRank.
- Manage writers/designers as needed.
- Webinar & Event Marketing
- Lead strategy, promotion, and production of monthly webinars, virtual events, and partner co-marketing sessions.
- Create post-event campaigns to convert attendance into qualified leads.
- Support sales in conferences in Europe and North America.
- Requirements
- 2-5 years in senior marketing roles in B2B SaaS
- 5-10 years of experience, ideally in short-term rental or travel tech
- Proven expertise in SEO strategy and content marketing, with examples of traffic growth and lead generation
- Strong understanding of webinar production and audience engagement tactics
- Proven track record of leading and scaling marketing teams
- Data-driven mindset with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, HubSpot, or similar
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Native or near-native English proficiency
