Sailing Match is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Deck/Stew to join a 77ft (23m) private family sailing yacht on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong sailing background who enjoys a mix of deck duties, interior maintenance, and service.
The program is family-oriented, relaxed, and respectful, with the family dining ashore most of the time. Cooking skills are a plus but not essential. You’ll be part of a tight-knit crew on an actively cruising yacht with a great itinerary ahead — including a Caribbean season and summer in the Med.
- Strong sailing experience, confident on deck
- Previous Deck/Stew or dual-role experience
