The ideal candidate will lead a close-knit interior team and ensure a positive onboard culture. This opportunity offers a competitive salary of €7,000 per month, 90 days leave, and three return flights per year.

Overview

Chief Stew – 60m Sailing Yacht – Worldwide Cruising

We’re looking for an experienced and upbeat Chief Stew to join a 60m private sailing yacht on a worldwide itinerary.

The yacht has just wrapped up a busy yet rewarding summer season with a very happy owner, and is now preparing for an exciting cruising programme further afield. You’ll be stepping into a well-established, close-knit crew of 10 with a supportive owner who values a positive onboard culture.

The current Chief Stew is moving on at the end of October, so we’re looking for the right person to take the reins and lead the interior team with confidence.
