• Provide friendly, professional support to Japanese-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email
• Assist with product usage, troubleshooting, and everyday questions with empathy and patience
• Record inquiries and maintain accurate information in the system
• Collaborate with international teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Represent global brands with professionalism and a customer-first approach

The ideal candidate is open-minded, curious about living abroad, and motivated to learn.

Requirements:

• Native or fluent in Japanese (C1/C2)
• Conversational English (B2 level)
• Comfortable using computers and willing to learn new systems
• Positive mindset, flexibility, and good communication skills
• EU citizenship or valid work/residency permit for Greece

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in customer-facing roles (hospitality, retail, support) is an advantage but not required
• Strong problem-solving and active listening skills
