A European impact business is seeking a Head of Key Accounts in Madrid. The successful candidate will define and drive the Key Account strategy, lead a team, and develop partnerships with significant food retailers while being part of a mission to tackle food waste. This role requires extensive experience in Key Account management, strong leadership qualities, and fluency in both Spanish and English. Hybrid working and various benefits are provided.

As Head of Key Accounts , you will contribute to Too Good To Go’s growth by defining and driving the national Key Account strategy for Spain. You’ll directly lead and grow the Key Account team - managing both acquisition and the development of existing partnerships across all of our Key Account Segments such as supermarkets, bakeries, hotel chains and more.
You’ll be part of the management team and report directly to the Country Director. You’ll be responsible for setting the strategy, prioritising efforts, building and sustaining a high-performing team, driving cross-functional collaboration, and achieving our joint goals for Key Accounts. Additionally, you’ll be personally involved in acquiring and developing our most important key partners.
