We are looking for a proactive, people-focused, and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our HR team in Valencia. This role will be essential in ensuring a positive employee experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle—from onboarding and training to performance support, communication, and conflict management. The ideal candidate brings strong interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of HR processes, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, international environment.
