A global IT service provider is seeking an IT Governance Expert in Spain to establish a governance framework and support financial management across projects. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Business Administration or Financial Management, demonstrate strong communication skills, and be fluent in English. Formación

  • Degree in Business Administration, Financial Management, or related field.

About the Job

The IT Governance Expert will play a critical role in driving operational and financial excellence within the Retail P&C area. This position establishes a robust governance framework to ensure consistency, transparency, and control across all Build and Rollout activities for the Business Master Platform (BMP). Acting as a strategic partner to leadership, this role provides oversight, financial management, and clear reporting to enable informed decision‑making.

What you do
  • Governance
    • Design and implement a governance entity overseeing Build and Rollout activities.
    • Validate program health from a logical and consistent perspective, acting as a safeguard against overlooked risks.
  • Financial Management
    • Support financial planning and tracking for programs.
    • Provide consolidated program‑level financial views for leadership.
  • Reporting & Insights
    • Deliver tailored reporting: executive summaries for leadership and detailed operational views for delivery team.
    • Ensure transparency and accuracy in status reporting across all initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Collaborate with Delivery Leads, Finance, and senior management to ensure smooth execution and governance compliance.
