We tame Cracken, an AI Agent for Cybersecurity with human-in-the-loop. Our flagship product, is an agentic AI copilot drastically scaling cyber assessments for enterprises and governments.

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our team. This is a hands-on role focused on designing, building, and maintaining scalable infrastructure and deployment pipelines. You will collaborate closely with development, product, and security teams to deliver robust, secure, and high-performing systems that support our SaaS and on‑premise solutions.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of DevOps initiatives, driving them from concept to execution across teams.
• Hands‑on engineering and testing of the product in various capacities, focusing on AI Agent features.
• Hands‑on engineering and testing of the internal agent’s framework (similar to LangChain / Haystack and others).
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery.
• Collaborate with developers to optimize build and deployment processes.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging DevOps technologies and best practices to continuously improve our systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience as a DevOps engineer in cloud‑native environments.
• 5+ years of experience in Python (we can consider less experienced engineers, who learn very quickly and are ready to work in the startup environment)
• Experience with CI/CD tools.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools.
• Experience with Generative AI
• Experience with Generative AI Agents will be a huge plus, specifically:
  • implementation of Generative AI Agents using Langchain / Haystack and others
  • implementation of RAG using LlamaIndex and other advanced RAG frameworks
  • evaluation of AI Agent Performance
  • integration of AI Agents into existing systems
• Cybersecurity product background: worked on security‑focused software or platforms.

Nice To Have

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related fields.
• Interest or active participation in cybersecurity‑related activities.
• Contributions to AI / CS / Cybersecurity research, blogs, or whitepapers showcasing expertise.
• Experience in developing or contributing to open‑source developer tools or frameworks.
