A leading entertainment company in Spain is seeking an Operations Efficiency Manager to optimize workforce projects across its parks. The ideal candidate has a strong background in workforce management, with at least 3 years of experience, and will be responsible for mentoring interns, conducting assessments to improve efficiency, and collaborating with teams to implement solutions. Excellent communication skills and fluency in English are required, with additional languages being a plus. The role involves significant travel throughout Europe.

We are currently looking for a :

Operations Efficiency Manager

Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard and mentor cohorts of interns focused on workforce optimization projects.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture among intern teams.
  • Lead site-based assessments to uncover labor inefficiencies and process improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with park operations teams to validate findings and co-develop actionable solutions.
  • Quantify savings opportunities and track implementation progress.
  • Apply WFM methodologies (forecasting scheduling staffing models) to support initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment with broader labor strategy and compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Leverage data analytics to support decision-making and performance reporting.
  • Partner with park leadership P&O and finance teams to ensure buy-in and sustainability of initiatives.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership with clarity and impact.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in workforce management operations consulting or labor optimization (3 years preferred)
  • Previous hospitality amusement park theme park or water park experience is a plus.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing early-career or intern programs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Professional fluency in English; additional European languages a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean principles and their applicability to labor management.
Requirements
  • Ability to frequently travel to the Groups European locations throughout the summer (70-80% expected travel)
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel beginner-intermediate knowledge of Power BI.
  • Ability to think creatively while maintaining accordance with business constraints.
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines for several stakeholders.
  • Must be comfortable speaking in front of large groups.
