About the Role
We’re looking for a data-driven Marketing Director who’s excited to build and scale a marketing engine that empowers people to access mental health care.
In this role, you’ll lead the full marketing strategy for the Spanish market, including paid acquisition and brand building. You’ll design and execute a multi-channel growth system, grounded in analytics, experimentation, and a deep understanding of people.
Key Responsibilities
- Performance marketing – own and optimize paid acquisition channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.); manage budgets and drive efficient CAC
- Analytics & reporting – create dashboards for CAC, LTV, conversion rates, channel performance; build attribution models
- Funnel optimization – improve conversion across awareness, activation, and retention; drive continuous experiments
- Multi-market execution – collaborate with marketing and PR teams, adapting strategy for the Spanish market
- CRM & lifecycle marketing – build email, push, and in-app journeys to activate, engage, and retain users
- Growth experimentation – design and run A/B tests across channels, messaging, and landing pages
- Team collaboration – work closely with Product, Expansion, and Supply; align on KPIs and priorities
- Brand execution – apply brand and messaging guidelines with sensitivity to Spanish culture and language
- Budget management – manage marketing budgets; provide forecasts and ROI insights
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as Marketing Director or VP of Marketing
- Proven experience in performance marketing, growth, and digital marketing (marketplaces or healthtech preferred)
- Proven success with multi-channel acquisition across international markets
- Strong analytical skills (funnel analysis, cohort analysis, CAC/LTV, A/B testing)
- Hands-on experience with GA4, Mixpanel, Looker, Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.
- Ability to create strategy while owning operational execution
- Experience working cross-functionally
- English fluency (C1+)
- Spanish fluency (C2) — essential
