Join our Barcelona Team! We are looking for a teleoperator to provide technical support for a leading company in the renewable energy sector.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support to customers and contribute to a positive customer experience.
- Training: 5-week training starting September 15th, Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. Paid training: €1,415 gross/month.
- Contract: Permanent, 39 hours/week
- Salary: Up to €25,000 gross/year (39h/week)
- Working Hours: Availability required between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Work Mode: On-site training and work
- Location: C/ Sancho de Ávila 105, Barcelona
- Based on performance, remote work possible after 6 months
Start Date: September 15th

- High English level (C1–B2 min.)
- Preferably background or experience in electricity (technical profile)

- Higher Electric Technical Vocational Certificate (Ciclo Formativo Grado Superior) or equivalent experience
- Basic understanding of math concepts, including graphs
- Interest in PV/Solar technology and systems (inverters, modules, storage, monitoring, e-mobility, etc.)
