A prestigious international law firm in Palma is seeking a Commercial Lawyer with 7 - 8 years of experience. You will manage top-level matters and clients, draft and negotiate contracts, advise on M&A operations, and handle corporate restructuring at a national and international level. Ideal candidates should have a high level of English and a valuable proficiency in German. Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in the Commercial area in a top-level legal environment.
- Ability to work in a flexible, collaborative environment.
- Capable of generating and sharing new knowledge.
Responsabilités
- Draft and negotiate civil and commercial contracts.
- Advise investment funds and foreign financial entities.
- Handle corporate restructuring operations.
