A leading manufacturing company in Martorell is seeking a Process Engineer to provide support for JIT manufacturing. The role involves industrializing new products, ensuring quality and productivity, and driving Lean improvements. Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering and 1-2 years of experience. Proficiency in English is necessary.
Qualifikationen
- 1–2 years’ experience as Process Engineer.
- PFMEA, industrialization project experience required.
- 2–4 years’ manufacturing experience preferred.
Aufgaben
- Provide process engineering support to ensure efficiency.
- Industrialize new products/processes and lead setups.
- Drive Lean/Kaizen improvements and support automation projects.

Provide process engineering support to the JIT manufacturing site, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with Lear standards.
- Industrialize new products/processes (PFMEA, layouts, validation).
- Lead setup of new lines and technologies.
- Ensure quality, ergonomics, and productivity.
- Drive Lean/Kaizen improvements.
- Support automation & Industry 4.0 projects.
- Collaborate with suppliers on cost, timing, quality.
- Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Electronics Engineering
- 1–2 years’ experience as Process Engineer
- English proficiency
- PFMEA, industrialization project experience
- 2–4 years’ manufacturing experience (automation, poka-yokes)
- Lean Manufacturing, APIS, machine specs
