A global energy technology leader is seeking an experienced Project Operations Manager in Madrid, Spain. This role involves leading the execution of complex energy infrastructure projects, ensuring operational excellence, and developing high-performing multicultural teams. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Industrial Engineering and significant project management experience in the energy sector. Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential, with experience in technical complexities of electrical projects being a major plus.
