Este rol implica desarrollar propuestas de instalación para sistemas avanzados y coordinarse con equipos para asegurar la correcta comunicación de requisitos. Se valoran la pasión y la actitud. Formación

• 2-3 años de experiencia como Ingeniero Onboard en ferrocarriles o rol similar.
• Dominio del inglés en conversación y en la lectura/escritura.
• Deseable: conocimiento en Subconjuntos UNISIG.

Responsabilidades

• Desarrollar propuestas de instalación y descripción del sistema ATC.
• Coordinar con otros equipos para asegurar requisitos de diseño.
• Gestionar problemas técnicos relacionados con el proyecto.

Could you be the full-time ATC Onboard Design Engineer in Madrid we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your on-board design expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside young and proactive teammates.

You’ll

Develop a fully functional ATC On-Board System Description & Installation Proposal, noticing the differences with standard solution applying the specific rules and requirements for the project, establishing its hardware / software configuration and application data features.

Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (RAMS, validation), develop the interfacing with the rest of systems of the project and with Test & Commissioning team until the commissioning of the whole system is done and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of

Liaising with other teams for a correct communication of the design requirements and decisions to be assessed, tested, or demonstrated.

We’ll look to you for :

• Design system and provide related documents (specification, architecture, interface, etc.).
• Take responsibility for the overall performance of the system and the allocation of the project performance requirements and ensure that these requirements are met.
• Solve technical issues concerning application project.
• Technical management (configuration, change control and requirements).
• Installation Verification.
• Participate in the Gate Reviews (give status on system activities).
• Support application projects in ATC ONB current and future projects.

All about you

• University degree (MEng) preferably in engineering related to electric, electronic or automation processes.
• 2 or 3 years with experience as Onboard Railways Engineer or similar in other markets.
• Desirable: Technical knowledge: Signalling, ERTMS, CBTC, TCMS, MVB, ATP, ATO, SIFA, system design, Installation design, Installation Verification, Data Preparation.
• Desirable: Knowledge on UNISIG Subsets, especially Subset-026, 108, 027 & 076 is an advantage.
• Command of English : fluent in conversation and mastered in reading and writing.
• French is desirable.
• CAD (electric / mechanic) application usage is an advantage.
