Your role and work environment :

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic IT Chapter Lead to join our Leadership Team of Investment & Funds Entrusted. As IT Chapter Lead you will be responsible for the following products:

• Pension Plans
• Broker
• Core banking Transformation Program

The IT Chapter Lead within its domain collaborates closely with key stakeholders to drive product delivery ensuring that all solutions are seamlessly integrated and aligned with business objectives.

Emphasizing Investment product evolution and operational efficiency the IT Chapter Lead strives to create a healthier and more sustainable technological landscape.

In your tribe along with the ITAL you

• ensure a highly skilled and motivated team

• are responsible of the transformation agenda applicable to the assets of the domain

• Managerial skills and inspiration to continuing working in this matter.
• Proven track of excellent Product delivery achievements
• Engineering degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience
• Passionate

• Making things happen and can do attitude
• Deeply understand the intricacies of Investment products to ensure they meet client needs and regulatory standards.

Proven track record and technical skills

Essential :

• Java Spring Microservices patterns and practices Docker Openshift / Kubernetes.
• Design Patterns SOLID Clean Code Software Craftsmanship
• Best practices in testing
• DevOps and Agile culture

Nice to have :

• Logging monitoring and alerting microservices
• Hexagonal architecture
• Event-Driven architecture
• Feature Flags
• Contract Testing
• Reactive programming

Estamos buscando a una persona con talento y entusiasmo para unirse al equipo de liderazgo de Investment & Funds Entrusted como IT Chapter Lead.

Como IT Chapter Lead serás responsable de los siguientes productos :

• Planes de pensiones
• Broker
• Programa de Transformación del Core Banking

El / la IT Chapter Lead dentro de su dominio colabora estrechamente con personas clave del negocio para impulsar la entrega de producto asegurando que todas las soluciones estén perfectamente integradas y alineadas con los objetivos empresariales.

Poniendo énfasis en la evolución de productos de inversión y la eficiencia operativa el / la IT Chapter Lead se esfuerza por crear un entorno tecnológico más saludable y sostenible.

Tus principales responsabilidades :

Como IT Chapter Lead de Investment & Funds Entrusted deberás :

• Alinear y coordinar la ejecución de la estrategia de negocio y tecnología.
• Coordinar la ejecución de iniciativas prioritarias tanto de negocio como técnicas garantizando la entrega de negocio y el cumplimiento de los estándares tecnológicos.
• Autonomía del equipo : fomentar una cultura de autonomía dentro del equipo (alrededor de 10 personas desarrolladoras de software) empoderando a sus integrantes para que se responsabilicen de su trabajo.
• Gestionar el desarrollo de productos de inversión de principio a fin asegurando una integración y entrega sin fisuras :
• Diseñar sistemas con resiliencia en mente y gestionar proactivamente los incidentes para minimizar el tiempo de inactividad y asegurar la continuidad. Dar soporte en producción mediante el análisis y resolución de errores. Contribuir a mejorar la disciplina técnica colaborando con el capítulo técnico transversal. Aprender de los errores.
• Desarrollar probar y desplegar sistemas modulares que mejoren la flexibilidad y escalabilidad asegurando que cumplan con los requisitos de funcionalidad calidad y rendimiento del cliente.
• Implementar prácticas tecnológicas sostenibles que minimicen el impacto medioambiental.
• Entregar en producción software funcional utilizando de forma óptima la tecnología y las prácticas de desarrollo.

En tu tribu junto con el / la ITAL deberás :

• Asegurar un equipo altamente cualificado y motivado.
• Garantizar una cultura segura abierta experimental de aprendizaje continuo y colaborativa.
• Ayudar a mejorar nuestras prácticas de ingeniería.
• Ser responsable de la agenda de transformación aplicable a los activos del dominio.
• Mantener la alineación con los estándares del grupo.
• Asegurar los niveles de servicio requeridos en todos los entornos con los activos bajo tu responsabilidad.
