MediaMarktSaturn Global Business Services Spain is the international financial hub that provides services to the countries within the MediaMarktSaturn Retail Group. Our mission is to offer administrative, accounting, financial, and other cross-functional services to the different companies of MediaMarktSaturn Retail Group across Europe. Manage the accounting cycle and administrative accounting processes of MediaMarkt stores in order to comply with internal procedures.
/ Assist in fixing issues with Credit Management and income reconciliation across different countries.
/ Assist in fixing issues linked to Cash Register.
/ Prepare and analyze reports for internal and external stakeholders.
/ Suggest and propose process improvements to boost productivity.
/ Ensure that team members are properly trained.
/ Liaise between operational needs and management requirements.
/ Review KPIs on a daily & weekly basis.
/ Ensure activities are properly distributed within the teams.
/ Participate in knowledge transfer and organizational change plans.
/ A completed CFGS in finance administration or comparable training.
/ At least one year of experience in a similar role.
/ Advanced Office skills and valuable knowledge in SAP FI.
/ Advanced written and spoken English skills.
/ Ability to adapt to different work rhythms, proactivity, and communication skills.
